Eleazar M. Paredes, III Investigator and Immigration Specialist

Eleazar M. Paredes, III is a former special agent with the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. As a special agent, he oversaw complex administrative and criminal investigations involving national security threats, terrorism, drug smuggling, human trafficking/smuggling, financial crimes, identity fraud, and benefit fraud. Eleazar is a subject matter expert in worksite enforcement and immigration compliance. He has won awards from his prosecutions and investigations and has taught courses on immigration and worksite enforcement. Eleazar has testified in numerous trials and conducted hundreds of investigations using complex investigative methods, including performing complicated undercover work.
