Alyson McConnell serves as the firm’s Director of Operations, overseeing all core business functions that enable the firm to operate efficiently and scale effectively. She manages day-to-day operations across accounting, payroll, human resources, and marketing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency firm-wide.

Alyson leads the firm’s financial operations, including payroll administration and end-to-end invoicing. She prepares and submits hundreds of client invoices each year across a wide range of client billing and approval systems—including complex, AI-driven invoice review platforms—requiring precision, adaptability, and deep familiarity with client-specific requirements.

In addition to financial oversight, Alyson plays a central role in client relationship management, acting as a primary operational point of contact and ensuring a seamless experience from engagement through payment. Her work supports both internal teams and external partners, making her a critical driver of operational stability, client satisfaction, and long-term firm growth.
